We will take the following information from your email or call.

Tell us a little about you and your family……

  We are interested in all members of the household who drive, including…

     Full Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number (optional), & Drivers License Number

     Current Address, Phone Number, and Email Address
 

And your home……

  Is it Brick or Frame?  Does it have a basement?  How much of the basement is finished?

    Does it have a wood stove?  How about a sump pump? 

    Has the roof, electric, furnace and plumbing been updated?
 

And your vehicles……

  Make, model, and serial number of any autos, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, campers, boats, etc.

Do you have an umbrella policy?

It will be helpful for us if you have your current insurance coverage limits and endorsements when you call; however, it’s not required.  We will make our own recommendations for coverages based on our personal evaluation.
